Chair rental? The future or the Past?

We’re always up for a good discussion about the business of our business, and chair rental is a pretty hot topic in barbering at the moment.

There are always strong views on this from all sides of the industry but who really wins? Shop owners get a bit of an income, barbers get a slot in a shop without all the overheads, but is that sustainable long term.
