Up-to-date information on educational policies and developments.

Advice on progression routes to enhance your career prospects.

At AcademyTeam we will guide and support you through your Assessor course including the new Apprenticeship assessing strategies. You will leave with knowledge and understanding on how to meet your job role expectations and ensuring best practices are shared to enable you to offer fully engaging and motivating training/workshop sessions to your diverse learners.

When you come on board onto our course, we pride ourselves on the research we carry out to understand your sector and tailoring the course to build an inclusive, meaningful training experience for you.

The practical element of your course is where our teaching team will arrange convenient times to visit your barbershop to carry out your practical assessments, which are needed as part of your achievement towards your course.

Having this relationship with you and your mentor/manager within your workplace reinforces our theory of face-to-face delivery, building professional relationships ensuring key understanding of your sector requirements.
